Coaching works. It works because it is present and future oriented. It is not therapy or counseling. It is biased towards action, results and learning. It is unlike therapy in that it does not focus on examining nor diagnosing the past, instead focusing on effecting change in a client’s current and future behavior.

Our coaching process is based on a foundation of the greatness of the client’s potential, supports the client’s agenda and believes that the client’s commitment and action are the centre of the coaching process.
